Online Reservations

Make your reservations online by following a Book A Reservation button on this page.

Note:  if the system will not let you pick a date or time, then that time slot is full for the number of guests you have requested.  Please choose another date or time.  The online reservations close 12 hours before the  departure time.

Online Payment

Note: It is easy to overlook the Payment  button when using the online reservation system.    If there is  a total due, your payment has not been completed. Please try again. Your payment status  can also  be checked by signing into your Bookeo account.

Same Day Reservations

*Note* Reserved  tickets have priority.  Onsite ticket sales are limited to seat availability as our rides fill up fast.

Please call ahead or be on-site at least 30 minutes prior to your desired departure time to check availability.

2020 Season – please note, our bookings are filling on-line so it is recommended you check the schedule under “book a reservation” first.  Guaranteed reservations can be made on line.

You can buy tickets at our departure site WHEN AVAILABLE located at 421 W. Hanks Lake Road, Shelton, WA  98584  Or call 541-519-4200.  Please leave a message if you don’t reach us.  Please cross the tracks and turn left at the next gate to park.  If available; both same day and future tickets may be purchased at this location.

Our Policies

Changes

We ask that you notify us about any reservation changes as soon as possible.  You are able to go into your booking confirmation email and make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before your departure time.  You will be charged for those who do not show up.

Late Arrivals

We strive to leave at our stated departure times,  (unclaimed tickets may be resold 10 minutes prior to departure).  Please be on-site and check in 30 minutes prior to your departure time, allow extra time for traffic, road construction, and other issues which may cause delays. We generally begin seat adjustments about 15 minutes prior to departure.

Unclaimed tickets may be resold 10 minutes prior to departure.

Rescheduling Policy

UP TO 24 BEFORE SCHEDULED EXCURSION, YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR DATE AND TIME TO AN AVAILABLE SPACE THROUGH YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL BY MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION.

Cancellation Policy

A CANCELLATION BECOMES A CREDIT TO RIDE AT A FUTURE DATE, GOOD FOR UP TO 1 YEAR FROM CANCELLATION DATE, IF CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF SCHEDULED EXCURSION.  YOU WILL NEED TO CALL (541) 519-4200 WITH A NEW AVAILABLE DATE TO RESCHEDULE.  PLEASE KEEP IN MIND DURING BUSY TIMES IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO RESPOND.

Refund Policy

REFUNDS ARE NOT AUTOMATIC WITH A CANCELLATION.  YOU MUST EMAIL VCRAILRIDERS@GMAIL.COM OR CALL (541) 519-4200 REQUESTING A REFUND.

  • WITH 2 WEEKS NOTICE PRIOR TO SCHEDULED EXCURSION A 10% REFUND FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
  • WITH LESS THAN 2 WEEKS NOTICE PRIOR TO SCHEDULED EXCURSION A 25% REFUND FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
  1.  NO CREDIT OR REFUND FOR MOTHER NATURE EVENTS.
  2. NO CREDIT OR REFUND IF YOU ARE LATE AND MISS YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE.
  3. NO CREDIT OR REFUND FOR DAY OF EVENT CANCELLATIONS.

Regarding Mother Nature

We will still run trips in the rain.  We suggest you bring a rain coat to ward off the incremental weather.  We’ve had many successful outings when the weather had predicted rain.   It is a rare day that we cannot run our rides. If there is heavy rain or lightning we will delay by 15 minute increments up to an hour. After that if it still has not cleared we will reschedule.
