Waivers
NOTE: eWAIVERS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO EXPEDITE CHECK-IN! THE PERSON MAKING THE BOOKING IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FORWARDING THE WAIVER TO EACH MEMBER OF THEIR PARTY MAKING SURE ALL WAIVERS ARE COMPLETED FOR EVERY RIDER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL!
Adults, please review waiver and initial 1 through 5, fill out contact information and print and sign. Bring your printed waivers along to save time during check in. If you do not have a printer, we have waivers on site, please allow extra time for this process.
Parents and guardians, please list children in your party to include them on your waiver. By listing the children you are responsible for; you agree on behalf of your underage children to the terms of our waiver and you take full responsibility for their well being as well as their compliance with our safety rules, guidelines, and requirements.
Booking
Note: if the system will not let you pick a date or time, then that time slot is full for the number of guests you have requested. Please choose another date or time. The online reservations close 12 hours before the departure time.
Reserved tickets have priority. Onsite ticket sales are limited to seat availability. Please call ahead or be on-site at least 30 minutes prior to your desired departure time to check availability.
Our Policies
Changes
You are able to make changes to your reservation by going into your booking confirmation email and clicking on View/change booking. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure time.
Late Arrivals
We strive to leave at our stated departure times. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your departure to allow time for check-in and a safety briefing. Please allow extra time for traffic, road construction, and other issues which may cause delays. We generally begin the seat adjustments and safety briefing about 10 minutes prior to departure. If you arrive late – once the safety briefing has begun you will not be allowed to join the ride.
Rescheduling Policy
UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE, YOU MAY CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR DATE AND TIME TO AN AVAILABLE SPACE THROUGH YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION, BY CLICKING ON VIEW/CHANGE BOOKING.
Cancellation Policy
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF SCHEDULED DEPARTURE. A CANCELLATION BECOMES A CREDIT TO RIDE AT A FUTURE DATE, GOOD FOR UP TO 1 YEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL BOOKING DATE. YOU WILL NEED TO CALL (541) 519-4200 WITH A NEW AVAILABLE DAY AND TIME TO RESCHEDULE. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND DURING BUSY TIMES IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO RESPOND.
Refund Policy
REFUNDS ARE NOT AUTOMATIC WITH A CANCELLATION. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID CANCELLATION MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND. REFUNDS ARE ONLY VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM PURCHASE DATE. YOU MUST EMAIL info@vcrailriders.com OR CALL (541) 519-4200, REQUESTING A REFUND.
- WITH 2 WEEKS OR MORE NOTICE PRIOR TO SCHEDULED EXCURSION A 10% FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
- WITH LESS THAN 2 WEEKS NOTICE PRIOR TO SCHEDULED EXCURSION A 25% FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
- NO CREDIT, REFUND OR RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE LATE AND MISS THE SAFETY BRIEFING AND YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE.
- NO CREDIT, REFUND OR RESCHEDULE FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME.
- “NO SHOW” MEANS NO RESCHEDULE, NO CREDIT, NO REFUND.
- NO CREDIT, REFUND OR RESCHEDULE FOR MOTHER NATURE EVENTS.
Regarding Mother Nature
We ride in the rain. We encourage you to be prepared with layers and rain gear.
