Online Reservations

Make your reservations online by following a Book A Reservation button on this page.

Note:  if the system will not let you pick a date or time, then that time slot is full for the number of guests you have requested.  Please choose another date or time.  The online reservations close 12 hours before the  departure time.

Online Payment

Note: It is easy to overlook the Payment  button when using the online reservation system.    If there is  a total due, your payment has not been completed. Please try again. Your payment status  can also  be checked by signing into your Bookeo account.

Same Day Reservations

*Note* Reserved  tickets have priority.  Onsite ticket sales are limited to seat availability as our rides fill up fast.

Please call ahead or be on-site at least 30 minutes prior to your desired departure time to check availability.

You can buy tickets at our departure site located at 421 W. Hanks Lake Road, Shelton, WA  98584  Or call 541-519-4200.  Please leave a message if you don’t reach us.  Please cross the tracks and turn left at the next gate to park.  If available; both same day and future tickets may be purchased at this location. 

Our Policies


We ask that you notify us about any reservation changes as soon as possible.  You are able to go into your booking confirmation email and make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before your departure time.  You will be charged for those who do not show up.

Late Arrivals

We strive to leave at our stated departure times,  (unclaimed tickets may be resold 10 minutes prior to departure).  Please be on-site and check in 30 minutes prior to your departure time, allow extra time for traffic, road construction, and other issues which may cause delays. We generally begin seat adjustments about 15 minutes prior to departure.

Unclaimed tickets may be resold 10 minutes prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Rescheduling is our preferred option.
  • We give credit upon request if you need to change group size or cancel prior to 24 hours of departure.
  • No Credit for Mother of Nature events.
  • No Credit if you are late and miss your scheduled departure.
  • No Credit for day of event cancellations.

No Mother Nature Refunds

We will still run trips in the rain.  We suggest you bring a rain coat to ward off the incremental weather.  We’ve had many successful outings when the weather had predicted rain.   It is a rare day that we cannot run our rides. If there is heavy rain or lightning we will delay by 15 minute increments up to an hour. After that if it still has not cleared we will reschedule.
